El ftalato de bis (2-etilhexilo), comúnmente abreviado como DEHP, es un éster de ftalato que se utiliza como plastificante en PVC y otros polímeros. Las aplicaciones incluyen revestimientos de alambres y cables, pisos y materiales de tapicería. También se utiliza como fluido hidráulico y como fluido dieléctrico en condensadores eléctricos. Químicamente, es un diéster del ácido benceno-1,2-dicarboxílico. El compuesto es un líquido aceitoso de incoloro a amarillo pálido.
