Cross-border data transfer explicit consent notice

The identity, contact, company and country details you share in the form, your product/document requests, your message, the internal request reference and the text version and timestamp are transferred — for the purpose of securely delivering your request to ChemOtto, receiving it in our corporate mailbox and answering it — to the following service providers located outside Türkiye: Cloudflare, Inc. (site infrastructure, security, bot verification), Amazon Web Services — SES (email delivery via the Frankfurt, Germany region), Google — Workspace (corporate mailbox). Your data may be processed in Germany and in other countries where these providers or their sub-processors operate infrastructure.

No adequacy decision announced by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board exists for these transfers, and ChemOtto does not currently apply a Standard Contract or another appropriate safeguard. Data protection rules, data-subject rights, oversight mechanisms and public authorities’ access powers abroad may differ from those in Türkiye, and practical difficulties may arise in exercising your rights.

Giving explicit consent is not mandatory; without it the form submission is not completed — you can reach ChemOtto by telephone (calls are not recorded) or by post. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal takes effect prospectively and does not retroactively undo transfers already completed.
