Compliance isn't a feature we add at the end — it's the floor we build on. As we scale toward direct imports, KKDİK is the legal key to the Turkish market, and we treat it that way from day one.
Regulatory compliance
Before we quote, we confirm each substance is registered under KKDİK for the relevant tonnage band — the 2026/2028/2030 registration deadlines are in force — and we flag any restriction status. For non-Turkish origin we manage registration via a Tek Temsilci (Only Representative). Every consignment ships with a Turkish GBF (Güvenlik Bilgi Formu / SDS) authored or verified by a KDU-certified Chemical Assessment Expert, with SEA-compliant (Turkish CLP/GHS) classification and labelling, moved under ADR by accredited partners. Biocidal actives fall under the Turkish Biocidal Products Regulation (Biyosidal Ürünler Yönetmeliği); cosmetic inputs follow the Turkish Cosmetics Regulation with INCI naming; pharma excipients are USP/EP grade with CoA.
Responsible sourcing
Our value is knowledge and network, not warehoused tonnage. Sourcing direct and routing efficiently removes the double-handling and speculative stockpiling that drive waste in traditional distribution. We prioritise producers with credible quality systems, run a returnable-IBC pilot to cut single-use packaging, and consolidate freight to reduce empty-running.
What we don’t claim
We do not yet hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EcoVadis or Responsible Care. ISO 9001 is our first target as our SOPs mature; environmental certifications follow. We’d rather show an honest audit trail than a badge we haven’t earned.
