3-Mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane is a mercapto-functional silane coupling agent. It is used to couple inorganic fillers with sulfur-cured elastomers and filled polymer systems. It also serves as an adhesion promoter and binder in sealants, including polysulfide and polyurethane caulks. The recorded grade is technical. Packaging formats include 200 kg steel drums and 1000 kg IBCs.
