Dipentene is a colourless liquid with an odour of lemon. It is used as a solvent and wetting agent, as a monomer in terpene resins and as a solvent for oleoresinous products. It is also used with emulsifying surfactants in printed circuit board cleaners. Cosmetic use is subject to the applicable cosmetic-ingredient conditions.
