Ethylene glycol is the simplest diol. It is used as a raw material for polyester fibres and PET, as an antifreeze and de-icing agent in cooling and heating systems, and as a heat-transfer fluid. It also serves as a chemical intermediate. The material is a clear, colourless, viscous liquid. The catalogue lists polymer, industrial, pharmaceutical and technical grades in 200 kg steel drums, 1000 kg IBCs, ISO tanks and bulk.
