Alkyl ether phosphate is an anionic phosphate ester surfactant. It is used for detergency and wetting in alkaline cleaners and textile applications. In metalworking fluids, it serves as a hydrotrope and corrosion inhibitor. Cosmetic applications include use as a cleansing surfactant. The material is a colourless to pale yellow viscous liquid. Packaging formats include 200 kg plastic drums, 1000 kg IBCs and bulk. Cosmetic use is subject to the applicable cosmetic-ingredient conditions.
