Alkyl polyglucoside, also called alkyl polyglycoside or APG, is a nonionic surfactant. It is used in household detergents, personal cleansers and industrial cleaners. Its functions include detergency, wetting and foam support in these formulations. The raw surfactant material is a pale yellow to amber viscous liquid. Packaging formats include 200 kg plastic drums, 1000 kg intermediate bulk containers and bulk. Cosmetic use is subject to the applicable cosmetic-ingredient conditions.
