Sodium C14-16 Alpha Olefin Sulfonate appears as a pale yellow aqueous solution or cream-coloured needles. C14-16 sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate is an anionic surfactant derived from alpha olefins. It is used in personal cleansing products, laundry detergents and industrial cleaners. Its formulation functions include foaming and viscosity building in these detergent and personal-care systems. Packaging options include 200 kg drums, 1000 kg IBCs and bulk tankers. Cosmetic use is subject to the applicable cosmetic-ingredient conditions.
